Coaching
Most runners do too much, too soon, too fast and that's where things go wrong. I build running plans around your life, your goals and your schedule, from your first 5K to ultra distance, so you can train the right way.
Run analysis
Hands-on coaching services
Training the right way starts with moving the right way. Run more efficiently, reduce injury risk and make every stride work with you instead of against you. I look for the small mechanical details that can make the biggest difference. Approx. 45-60 min.
Track meet
A one-on-one session where we get to work together in real time. From mobility and strength exercises to running drills, technique work, and interval training. Every session is tailored to your goals, experience level, and current training phase. Approx. 75-90 min.
Physiotherapy
We do everything we can to prevent injuries. But when they happen, having the right plan makes all the difference. A clear, active and progressive approach helps you recover efficiently, return to running with confidence, and stay healthy for the long term.

Running was never part of my original plan. It started as a way to rebuild fitness after a shoulder fracture, but quickly turned into a passion. As a physiotherapist and runner, I’ve lived through the same injuries I now often see in others and I’ve seen how they usually come from training without structure.
That’s why I help runners train efficiently, not harder. With clear structure in training, recovery and progression. Train the right way. So you can stay consistent, improve steadily, arrive at your goal race confident and prepared, and keep doing what you love.
